Natural spin off of any new industry creates a multiplier of secondary jobs in the region.

AIR QUALITY - THE CITY AND THE REGION

Movement of 20% of transportation needs to electrically powered transportation systems will result in approximately 10% improvement in the city's air quality.

COST AVOIDANCE

Negates the need for other transportation systems.

FOREIGN ENERGY INDEPENDENCE - PROMOTING REGIONAL COAL

Use of coal for electricity generation vs. importing oil will favor US/Pennsylvania trade boulevards.
